LEET full form is the Haryana Lateral Entry Entrance Test. The Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) administers the Haryana LEET, also referred to as LEET, a state-level lateral entry admission examination. It offers admission to B.E./B.Tech programmes in the second year or third semester at several engineering institutes in Haryana. Candidates who have completed a B.Sc. in a related field or a Diploma in Engineering or Technology are eligible to sit for the exam.

LEET Eligibility criteria
Before submitting an online application, candidates must adhere to the HSTES’s requirements for qualifying. The following is a list of the basic requirements for LEET 2025 applicants:
- A minimum cumulative score of 45% (42.75% for SC students) is required for a 3-year diploma in engineering or technology from the Haryana State body of Technical Education (HSBTE) or an equivalent body.
OR
- B.Sc. Degree from a recognised university with a minimum overall score of 45% (42.75% for SC candidates), and proof that they took mathematics as a required subject in 10+2; provided, however, that they pass the engineering graphics or engineering drawing subjects of the engineering first year concurrently with the subjects of the second year.
Note:
- Kashmiri migrants are regarded as a unique group in the case of LEET, and these applicants must submit the migration certificate in original form, officially certified by a competent body, at the time of document verification.
- Candidates can apply for reservation under the Tuition Fee Waiver plan if their yearly family income is less than 6 lacs. They must produce the appropriate income certificate, duly certified by a competent body, at the time of document verification.
Application for LEET
Haryana The official website’s LEET Application Form will be accessible from April 30, until May 24,(probable). The following procedures are necessary to complete the LEET 2025 Application Form:
- To finish registration, choose the preferred programme and provide your name, date of birth, parent(s)’ names, academic information, address information, contact information, etc.
- Choose your top two test dates and two test locations.
- Publish a current passport-size photo and sample signature in JPEG format (with file sizes no more than 30 KB and 20 KB, respectively).
- Applying fees can be paid online or manually (e-challan).
- A copy of the properly completed LEET Application Form is generated, together with a special application number.
- Candidates must print out this completed application form for future reference.
