DASA 2025 Application Form will be released in third week of March 2025. DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad) is a national level admission procedure organised once in a year. This admission procedure is organised by one of its participating institutes on a rotational basis. It is a scheme of Ministry of Education (MOE), Government of India to provide admission to foreign nationals, PIO & NRI candidates under UG & PG courses. Admission will be offered in Engineering, Architecture, Planning and Management fields. Selected candidates will offer seats in various NITs, IIESTs, IIITs, central universities and other centrally funded institutions.

DASA 2025 Application Form

The DASA 2025 Application Form will be submitted through online mode. The filling of registration form for UG course will be started in third week of March 2025 and for PG Courses in second week of April 2025.
Application Fee
The registration fee of DASA 2025 will be submitted via online mode. Candidates will have to make payment by using different payment gateways i.e. SWIFT Transfer, E-Payment, NEFT, RTGS Transfer etc. The application fee of DASA 2025 will be as follows:

How to Apply for DASA 2025
The step by step procedures to apply for DASA 2025 are as follows:
Step-1: Visit the website of DASA (link will be given above).
Step-2: now, register on the website by entering email address and captcha in the given space.
Step-3: Click on “Create My account”.
Step-4: An email will be sent to the registered email address with a link to complete registration.
Step-5: Enter email ID and password to complete account creation & fill application form carefully.
Step-6: Upload the required documents in a prescribed format.
Step-7: Press the “Submit” button to submit the completed registration form.
Step-8: Download the completed registration form and take the printout of it for their own records.
DASA 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must refer following DASA Eligibility Criteria 2025 before filling the application form:
UG Courses:
Nationality: All Foreign National students studying in any country or Indian Nationals students studying abroad will be eligible to apply for DASA. Age: Candidates born on or after 1st October 2000 will be eligible as per the records of class 10th/University certificate or any Government issued certificate. Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th class or equivalent with 60% of marks in aggregate from an education system recognised by Association of Indian Universities. Subjects: One must have qualified class 12th with subjects like Mathematics, Physics and one of the subjects from Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science and Biology. Appearing: Candidates appearing for qualifying examination in year 2024-25 and expecting their final result by 31st December 2025 will also be able to apply. JEE Main Rank: It will be necessary for candidates to have a valid JEE (Main) 2025 Rank to apply for DASA 2025.
PG Courses:
Nationality: All Foreign National, PIOs, OCIs who have completed their UG degree in any country or Indian Nationals/NRIs who have completed their UG from abroad will be eligible to apply. Age: There will be no age restriction to apply for PG Admission. Qualification: One must have a Four/Five years UG degree in programmes like Engineering/Technology or equivalent in relevant discipline. For admission to MBA programmes, a UG degree from any stream of education recognised by Association of Indian Universities will be required. Appearing: Candidates expecting their final result of qualifying examination by 30th September 2025 will be eligible to apply. GRE/GMAT Scores: Candidates must have a valid total of 300 GRE scores and total of 480 GMAT scores.

DASA Counselling 2025 for UG program will begin in fourth week of April 2025 for admission to UG courses and third week of May 2025 for PG courses.
DASA 2025 Selection Procedure
The selection procedure of DASA 2025 will be done based on the JEE Main Rank and choices filled by candidates in order of their merit and preferences taken together.
Accept: Candidates those have satisfied with their currently allotted seats and not interested in further rounds of allotment. Accept & Upgrade: Candidates are accepting the currently allotted seats but also wish to be considered for upgradation to higher preferences of institutes in further rounds of allotment.
Decline: Candidates those are not accepting the allotted seats and wish to withdraw their seats. A provisional admission letter will be generated for those candidates who accepted the allotted seats. Candidates will have to sign the admission letter and submit it to the allotted institute at the time of admission.
