PCP lays equal importance on honing extra-curricular activities as academics. The students are encouraged to train themselves in various talents. Such as Art, Music, Theatre, Sports, Dance, etc. Their talents are showcased in the prestigious annual cultural festival, as also in various inter-collegiate competitions. PCP is a home for students from various countries and regions of our country and this gives the students tremendous opportunities to observe and learn from the diverse culture and their manifestations in these extracurricular events.

​The Institute has its NSS unit to motivate and orient the work towards social services like literacy awareness, Swach Bharat Abhiyaan, AIDS awareness programs, blood donation camps, NCC plantation, etc. This unit has 100 volunteers and is headed by a program officer. It also conducts 10 days special camp. Participation in NSS makes students socially responsible.
