Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) will conduct the Common Admission for M.Tech and M.Arch (CAM) seat allocation. RTU CAM 2025 for those applicants who are looking for induction into M.Tech Programs in 55 affiliated Engineering Colleges. All the qualified Aspirants who wish to take Admission to the M.Tech programs at this University are required to fill out the RTU CAM 2025 Online Application Form through the official site. The application form will be acknowledged on or before the last date. So the applicants are recommended to submit their application forms ASAP.

The application process for RTU CAM is completely online. Candidates are required to fill out the RTU CAM 2025 Application Form on the official website, i.e., rtucam.org.
Step -1: Filling in the Registration Form and Submit the CAM 2025 Registration Fee

- Check the “For Applicant” Section
- Click on the link “Register for RTU CAM 2025
- Fill in all the requisite information to complete the online registration
- Name of Candidate; Father’s Name; Date of Birth; Category (GEN / OBC / SC / ST) and Select Payment Mode
- Click on the NEXT button
- A new webpage comes on the screen showing registered details with Application Form No. (Note down Application No.) and Registration Fee Amount
- Click on Payment
- The complete payment process of the registration fee as per guidance using Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.
RTU CAM Eligibility Criteria 2025
The applicants will have to make sure that they are eligible for admission before filling the online application form. The various RTU CAM 2025 eligibility criteria are given below for all applicants to check. If any non-eligible applicant is provided admission due to some mistake, then his/ her admission will be cancelled as soon as the mistake is detected.
- The applicant should have qualified B.E./ B.Tech examination of RTU or any other recognized University. Even those applicants with qualifications obtained through examinations conducted by professional societies recognized by MHRD/UGC/AIU/UPSC/AICTE will also be eligible for admission.
- General category applicants should have scored 55% marks in the qualifying examination and reserved category applicants should have secured 50% marks.
- GATE 2025 must have been qualified by the applicants. Valid scores of GATE will be required.
- Vacant seats will be offered to non-GATE applicants based on their qualifying examination.
- The applicants should be medically fit.

Cut off:
The cut-off for admission to the MCA program at Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) in 2025 is 48–60% in graduation and 50% in 10+2. The admission process also includes NIMCET and URATPG exam.
Syllabus:
The RTU CAM does not have a separate entrance examination; admissions are based on GATE scores or qualifying degree marks. Therefore, candidates are advised to prepare according to the GATE syllabus relevant to their discipline.
