- Candidates should have completed a Diploma in Engineering/Technology with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% marks for reserved category) or
- Completed BSc degree with minimum 45% aggregate (40% marks for reserved category) and passed Class 12 with mathematics as a subject
Note:
- The relaxation in the cutoff percentage for Kashmiri Migrant is 10%
- Candidates having a BSc degree should have passed Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering program along with the second year subjects
- Kashmiri migrants should have the original certificate signed by the concerned authority or Relief Commissioner

HSTES LEET 2025 Counselling
Counselling: Aug ’25
There will be two online off-campus HSTES LEET counselling 2025 for admission to all Lateral Entry to BE/ BTech Courses for all the seats of Government University Departments/ Government Technical Institutions and 75% of seats of Self Financing Institutes only. Post-second counselling, no online counselling shall be conducted and the admission shall be done at institute-level counselling. The subcategories (including females) of a particular reserved category will be merged into the main reserved category.
