SRMS EET 2025

SRMS EET, a National Level Test conducted Online / Offline by Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust is not only a pathway for selection in SRMS PROUD100 but also offers Entry Level Scholarships for admissions against the management quota seats in B.Tech. Programme offered by SRMS Engineering Institutions*. The main objective of SRMS EET is to provide a platform for meritorious students regardless of any caste, creed or gender and enable them to realize their potential of becoming an innovative and creative leader in the world of technology.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the 10+2 examination from a recognized board.
• Grace marks in any of the subjects at 10+2 level will lead to disqualification. 

TEST PATTERN FOR SRMS EET

• The test will comprise of a total number of 100 Multiple Choice Questions distributed equally under four different sections viz. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and General Aptitude.
• Maximum Time allotted to attempt the test will be 120 minutes.

SRMS EET 2025 Application: 

The application form for SRMS EET for the year 2025 is expected to be released in the last week of February, and candidates can fill it through online or offline mode. 

Offline Application Form: 

• Applicants to submit the form at any of the SRMS Campuses: Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly / Lucknow and Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering, Technology & Research, Bareilly. 
• The candidates should carry a passport-size photograph, self signature and parental signature in the form. During SRMS EET 2025 registration, candidates can also provide their preference for the exam centre. 
• Importantly, the application fee is the same as that of last year, Rs.1000via Demand Draft in favor of Air India Express Limited, payable at Mumbai if applied offline and Online payment for online applicants.

How To Fill Out The SRMS EET 2025 Application Form?

The academic form for SRMS EET 2025 will be available on its official website, www. srms. ac. in, tentatively, from February 2025, and the last date for application submission & fee payment will be up to August 2022(tentatively). The SRMS EET 2025 Exam Dates will be conducted probably in the last week of August 2025.

SRMS EET 2025 Application Process The application form for SRMS EET 2025 can be submitted online as well as offline. Candidates must check the detailed eligibility for admission to the B.Tech programme before applying.

The forms for offline submission have to be submitted in person at any of the three institutions under SRMS Trust (Bareilly and Lucknow). The applicants must download the application form through the official website and then fill it according to the instructions. The duly filled form with a DD of INR 1000/- is to be sent through postal services at the location specified by SRMS Engineering Institutions.

If there is a delay in receiving the application form for SRMS EET 2025 from the SRMS Trust admission office, it will not accept them after that date. Or online submission, candidates can go for this a little more flexible way. Applicant self-photograph, applicant signature and guardian photograph (details for persons with disabilities), along with Class 12th details, are to be prepared in advance by the candidate before filling out the online application form.

• Step by step, in the online form, enter necessary information such as:

Personal Information: You need to mention the candidate’s name, DOB, Gender, Mother tongue, State of Domicile (optional), Preference for Accommodation On campus/outside Campus, Blood Group Parent/Guardian Details, OccupationAddress Details for Correspondence: Enter the full address (include house number, street number, area name, town/city, district, state, pin code), phone (landline with STD Code if applicable)/mobile/e-mail.

Education Details: Period of study, manner of study, particulars of qualifying exam passed or appearing including roll number/reg no., name & address of school and whether appeared in UPSEE 2017/JEE 2017 with corresponding roll nos.

Campuses Preference: During the counselling, you will have to select at least three campuses and then rank them as 1st,2nd and third preference. Engineering Branches: At each campus, choose your engineering branch.

There is a need to fill in the Preferred examination centre as well, such that the Applicant can choose two exam centres.

Upload Documents- Scanned copy of Your passport photograph, your signature and that of your parent or guardian.

Payment: Choose the type of payment (Net banking, credit card, debit card) and transact it to the payment gateway for final confirmation.

General Instruction for filling in SRMS EET 2025 Application Form by hand (Offline)

• To Apply for SRMS EET 2025, Read the Instructions Below:
• Corrections after submission will not be entertained.
• You can refer to the copy of the specimen given in the booklet.
• The application form should be filled out by the candidates by hand.
• Candidates should submit only the original SRMS EET 2025 application form and keep a photocopy for future reference.
• Record all entries legibly with a black ballpoint pen — the form will be scanned and processed automatically.
• The application form should be kept from scribbled, cut, torn or erased.
• Check that there is no loose mark in the form.
• Attach a Recent colour photo with a white/ light background ( In the case of Sikh male / Female candidates, the photograph should be without wearing Cap & Goggles) — sign in the space provided below with a Black pen.
• The name should be the same as in the Government record and on the 10th Class mark sheet, or the certificate of the parent ‘(s) / guardian and the date of birth must match with 10th Standard passing Certificate or Mark Sheet.
• Select the engineering branch and institution from any of the three SRMS Trust institutions.
• Select the exam centre as Bareilly or Lucknow.
• Choose the Payment option from the respective field in the “Payment Detail” section and enter DD, if any.
• Parents or guardians must sign in the designated space on the application form.
• Applications must be complete and in English; incomplete or foreign applications will not be considered.
• Candidates should keep a photocopy of the filled-in application for future reference and write the application number in all their future communications.

After the submission of the SRMS EET 2025 application form, no facility is available that allows online or offline correction. But they can give their campus or engineering branch preferences through the mail in a request in the admission cell.
