VTUEEE 2025Passed Class 12 or any equivalent examination from a recognized Board/Institute.Candidates appearing in Class 12 or any equivalent examination in March/April/May 2025 can also apply.For the purpose of consideration for the award of the Mahatma Gandhi National Merit Scholarship, the State or Union Territory from which the candidate has studied and appeared for the qualifying examination (12th standard examination of the State or Central Board) will be taken as the state to which the candidate belongs, even though the nativity of the candidate may be another State or Union Territory.
Lateral Entry BTech AdmissionPossess a Diploma in the concerned discipline awarded by the State Board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu, or its equivalent ORPossessing a Degree in Science (B.Sc.,) (10+2+3 stream) with Mathematics, as a subject at the Higher Secondary is eligible to apply for admission.
Direct AdmissionFor direct admission to a BTech program, candidates should have either passed or appeared in any one of the following exams as of March 2025.Class 12 exam conducted by any State Board or CBSE. National Institute of Open Schooling; Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE, New Delhi); Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board / University; High School Certificate Examination of the University of Cambridge or equivalent.A candidate should have obtained 60% marks in MPC/BPC in Class 12 or the equivalent examination.
  • Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed or be appearing in 10+2 or equivalent exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized board.
  • Age Limit: Candidates should not be older than 25 years as of July 1, 2025. A relaxation of up to 5 years is provided for SC/ST/Physically Challenged candidates.
